Craig’s heartfelt desire is to partner with individuals, businesses, non-profit corporations, and church leaders to discover and achieve success in their life, leadership, and organization.
Craig is Co-Founder and Principal of The Exit 7 Group, LLC — a coaching, consulting, and training practice devoted to the motivation and transformation of persons and institutional cultures. As a former pastor, teacher, athletic coach, counselor, and businessman, Craig brings a broad perspective and experience to his leadership. He is a member of and/or consultant to a variety of organizational and institutional governing boards as well as a regular conference/seminar/event speaker. He presently serves as a denominational church executive.
Craig’s formal education includes degrees from Manchester College, Long Island University, and the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. In addition, he has specialized training in Consulting from Church Central Leadership and Coaching from both Coach U and Coaching4Clergy. Craig is a certified coach trainer and active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Craig is also a writer. His first book, Every Monday: Finding God on Tough Days (with Foreword by George Gallup, Jr.) was published in 2009. He is a contributing author in Fresh from the Word and a contributor to RevWriter Resource — a monthly electronic newsletter offering devotions and practical articles for busy congregational leaders.
In addition to writing, Craig is an avid sports fan (Chicago Cubs … where hope springs eternal) and is an eager bon-voyage-on-a-moment’s-notice cruise aficionado.
Craig and his wife, Victoria, have four daughters, sixteen grandchildren and live in Elizabethtown, PA
